Something wrong at an activity

Open the activity from Going and use Need help. You can tell us you can’t find the group, can’t reach the host, the activity isn’t happening, or that you don’t feel safe. The SOXIAL team reviews every report.

If you are in immediate danger, contact emergency services on 10111, or 112 from a mobile. SOXIAL cannot send help to you.

Your account

Change your first name, mobile number and area on the You page. Signing out leaves your spots in place. Deleting your account is different: it removes your details, and we do it by hand during the pilot when you ask.

Your information

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, correct something that is wrong, or ask us to delete your account. See Privacy for what we keep and why.

Reaching us

During this pilot the quickest route is Need help on any activity you have joined, or a reply to the SOXIAL sign-in email you received. A dedicated support address is being set up and will appear here.
